I’m a physical therapy assistant. I have been practicing for three years and I have learned most of these techniques throughout my time here at my outpatient clinic through other experienced therapists but the way you explain the exercises and emphasize the importance of core throughout the program is phenomenal. I wish more therapist took note of the whole body instead of the segment that has the so called “issue” Not only am I learning from the Mobilty Method, I’m applying them to myself and to my patients. The Mobility Method provides an all-around solution to common muscular and joint pains, and gives control of a person's body back to them. Each module has a well described methodology to eliminating pain in certain areas and ultimately increase mobility of that area. While each module aims to help every person studying it, Dr. Esquer makes sure everyone knows that each body is unique and they may require tweaking to the exercises. That's where the learning continues outside of the modules and on her Mobility Method Facebook page, where she comes out of the videos and helps provide a unique solution to each person. Opening my hips and working on muscular imbalances

I started this course a few days ago. I am very pleased. I would visit the chiropractor when I had soft tissue injuries or needed an adjustment. It was really the only tool I was using to care for my body given I love to exercise daily. I have added foam rolling to my care and this course is proving to me an amazing daily tool. I completed the hip module and it helped relieve tension in my hip complex and I have more mobility. The foam rolling 101 video is an amazing tool and I personally love the comment that we don't need to apply inordinate amounts of pressure on our muscles to relax them. I am learning to move properly so I can work through my muscular imbalances created from years of intense exercise with no regular muscular relief. Would recommend it to anyone as part of their self care routine!
